Alcove cupboards and storage for awkward spaces

Cupboards and shelves for alcoves, eaves, bay windows and boiler cupboards, measured in your home and fitted by our own team across North London.

Made for the corners furniture doesn’t fit

Chimney breasts, sloping ceilings and boxed-in boilers leave gaps that shop-bought furniture can’t fill. We make storage to the size of the space, scribed to walls that are rarely straight.

Alcove cupboards either side of a chimney breast are the most common job, but we fit storage wherever there’s a gap. We measure at a free design visit and show it in 3D first.

Where we fit storage

  1. An eaves wardrobe in a loft bedroom with its doors open, showing woodgrain shelves, hanging rails and drawers cut to the slope of the roof

    Eaves storage

Low cupboards, rails and drawers that follow the slope of the roof.

  2. Alcove cupboards

Cupboards and shelves either side of a chimney breast, cut to each alcove.

  3. Boiler and meter cupboards

The boiler and pipework sit behind doors, with access kept for servicing.

  4. Window seats

A seat built into a bay window, with storage underneath.
